Newsletter service
Kompo srls offers a newsletter service, aimed at promoting its products and keeping its public updated on news, offers and Kompo novelties.
This activity is conducted through the email coordinates provided directly by the person concerned at the time of registration with Kompo srls or through the free compilation of forms on the site. Through this channel, the interested party will receive institutional communications, news about the company and, more generally, notices, for example, about new products, news in general, offers and curiosities.
In order to compare and eventually improve the results of communications, the Owner uses systems for sending newsletters with reports. Thanks to the reports, the owner will be able to know, by way of example: the number of readers, openings, individual “clickers” and clicks; the devices and operating systems used to read the communication; the details of emails sent, delivered and not delivered. All these data are used to compare, and possibly improve, the results of communications.

  • LEGAL BASIS: Consent Art. 6 par. 1 lett. a): the person concerned has given his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data.

Processing necessary within the scope of a contract or for the conclusion of a contract and related administrative, accounting and pre-contractual activities; possible registration on this website in dedicated areas (shop area of the website – https://www.soluzionekompo.com/acquista-kompo/) in order to provide the relative services as foreseen in the relative contractual conditions and to allow the carrying out of all activities related to the execution of the contractual agreement and to fulfil the relative performances and obligations.

  • LEGAL BASIS processing necessary for the execution of a contract Art. 6 par. 1 lett. b) GDPR: processing is necessary for the pursuit of the execution of a contract to which the person concerned is a party (e-commerce) or based on the execution of pre-contractual measures also adopted at the request of the person concerned.
  • PERIOD OF DATA RETENTION: Until opposition, cancellation from the web platform, 10 years or other legal obligation. Art. 2220 C.C.
  • NATURE OF PROVISION: The provision of data is necessary. Failure to provide data for the above-mentioned purpose will make it impossible to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the data controller.

Compilation of data collection form for contacts

  • LEGAL BASIS: processing necessary for the execution of a request by the data subject Art. 6 par. 1 lett. b) GDPR based on the execution of pre-contractual/contractual measures taken also at the request of the data subject if the data subject contacts Kompo for information relating to after-sales service; consent Art. 6 par. 1 lett. a): if the data subject has given consent to the processing of his/her personal data in order to follow up on requests beyond the execution of contractual and pre-contractual measures.
  • DATA RETENTION PERIOD: 1 year from the date of collection of the information.
  • NATURE OF PROVISION: The provision of data is necessary. Failure to provide data for the above-mentioned purpose, will make it impossible to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the data controller.

We do not use decision-making based on automated processing, including profiling.

Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial remedy, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you, violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to Art. 15 letter f) of the EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (Supervisory Authority www.garanteprivacy.it). In the case of a request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide you with the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

The user (data subject) assumes responsibility for the Personal Data published or shared through this Website and warrants that he/she has the right to communicate and/or disseminate it, releasing the Owner from any responsibility towards third parties.
